Rando’s on-site Pilot Line testing facility is available to customers for product and process development. Working closely with you, Rando will ensure you are using the exact fiber recipe for optimal web formation. The pilot line is also available for small production runs. Rando Lab personnel are available to provide research, development, and consulting for both new and existing products. We have a full line of fiber preparation equipment including blending capabilities and exceptional fiber opening that feeds our pilot line consisting of Rando’s latest designed 40″ Feeder and Webber with Edge Trimmer.

In addition to replacement parts, Rando offers fast turnaround to recloth/rewire wired rolls to the original factory specifications. Contact us 6 months before any scheduled plant shutdown and allow us to come in and recloth/rewire your wired rolls and perform any other required maintenance to avoid lost production time during the year. Reclothing is also available at Rando’s manufacturing facility in Victor, NY. Simply send us your rolls and we will restore them to factory new condition!
