At Rando Machine, our 60 years of experience in manufacturing is strongly exemplified by the non-woven fiber weigh pans that we offer. These are blend line weighing machines. They weigh and dump materials into the conveyor, and this process reduces fiber waste. It results in the production of better products because the blends are weighed and more accurate.
The weigh pan is constructed from lightweight aluminum and is controlled pneumatically. The product is fabricated with doors, 2 load cells, and a summing box. It operates at 4 cycles per minute and is accurate to within 1 to 2%.
