Rando Machine's carbon steel weighing conveyors have many unique features. For instance, they are not attached to the machine so they can be rolled out for easy maintenance. They have also have fewer parts than a weigh pan, resulting in less overall wear.

Our weigh conveyor is used in several different industrial processes, including conveying, indexing, and transferring. It is constructed with high quality components, including a PVC Apron, servo motor, 4 load cells, and a summing box, with typical speeds of 6 cycles per minute. Our state-of-the-art weighing conveyor has PLC based touch screen operator interfaces.

This product is used in many different applications, including products for absorbency, heat resistance, filtration, and mattress batting. Some of the industries that employ our weigh conveyors include the automotive, military, aerospace, agricultural, and medical industries.
